Severe medical problems and debt

Many health problems including two open-heart surgeries, two pacemakers, Watchman procedure, carotid artery surgery, brain bleed, cancer, and now two broken vertebrae in my back.

Unable to work, have not done so for almost five years and trying to survive on $820.00 per month social security, which is impossible.
