Severe Proliferative diabetic Retinopathy

So I woke up one morning about 5-6 wks ago with a darkened spot on my left eye and thought nothing of it.  A few wks passed and it got to the point that I couldn’t see correctly. I went in for an exam and was sent to a specialist in San Antonio where Dr Friedman examined it and I was told I needed laser surgery due to my Diabetes and High blood pressure getting to the eye. The disease is called Severe Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy. I had laser done 5/19/20 and from that point I got worse. I went back to San Antonio on 6/3/20 and it was then that he told me the disease is too far advanced.  I’ve had extensive hemeraging and pretty much have gone blind in that eye. I’m not one to ever ask for help, but have always put myself out there to help others. I have no health insurance and with rough times I’m needing to raise $5,000to get this surgery done. It’s a really disturbingsituation not being able to see.. as the Dr said my Right eye is on the same path. I can see right now from it, but with a slight blur.
