On July 26th of 2023 the world lost an astoundingly beautiful soul Melanie Martinez. She left behind her four amazing children Caprice(Brian) Rodriguez, Marshall(Raegen) Morales, Vince(Shyanne) Morales, and Angel Morales, along with her sister Denise Trujillo, numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and many friends whom she loved with every fiber of her being.

To give a backstory on the woman Melanie was would take months if not years. There aren't enough words to describe the kind of woman, grandmother, mother, sister, aunt, and friend she was and will always be. She was strong, selfless, giving, nurturing, supportive, hilarious, and most importantly she was the greatest blessing to anyone that had the privilege of meeting her. Some will never realize the impact she had on so many people unless they've had the chance to see it for themselves. She was the true canvas for what it meant to love unconditionally, with unwavering support. She gave people a roof over their head, and a warm place to sleep. She fed, raised, and nurtured many people back to health physically, mentally, and spiritually. She has made an imprint on many hearts and will continue to do so as love never dies.
