A Wicked Awesome Tree For Victor

If you knew Victor, you knew that working at NASA was a dream come true. There is a very special place at the Johnson Space Center where trees are planted in memory of those who worked and loved the space program. We can't think of anyone who deserves to have a tree more than Victor. We are raising funds to plant a wicked awesome tree in the memorial grove in Victor's memory. The initial goal will cover the tree, a marker, and the cost of planting.

We know that everyone is eager to do something in Victor's memory, so any funds in excess of the initial goal will be split between two charities that were near and dear to Victor's heart - HOBY (Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation Gulf Coast Chapter http://hobytgc.org/) and the National MS Society (http://nationalmssociety.org)

We will post updates and will give everyone plenty of notice before the tree planting ceremony takes place. Non-NASA folks will be able to attend and we will be posting more information about that process once we have a schedule.
