Helping Haylee

Hello, my name is Katie Mosier co-owner of Legends Cheer Academy II in Plainfield, IN. On Saturday, April 23rd, one of our athletes, Haylee, or "HQ" as she is affectionately referred to in the gym, shockingly lost her Mother. Haylee and her Mom were in Orlando, Florida, so that HQ could compete in the final competition of her Senior year at The Cheerleading Worlds held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex inside DisneyWorld. A few short hours after she competed, Haylee and her Mom were crossing the road on International Drive when her mother, Jana, was struck by a vehicle and tragically passed away. We are broken-hearted for HQ and wish to come together as a cheer community, family, and friends to give Haylee's family financial support to help transport Jana back from Florida to Indiana to have a proper burial near her family and friends. We would also like to help with the unexpected expenses they have and will incur in the future due to this tragedy.

This is such a special time for Haylee being that it is the end of her senior year of High School. We do not want her to feel any strain beyond what she is already feeling from the loss of her mother. Her cheer family and friends ask everyone to consider donating any amount to help this family.
