Family in need

Eugene Atuk was a great kid who had a smile that lit up the room. He was a basketball player at Encinal High School who was loved by his family, fellow students, and teachers. Eugene was a role model to his community and especially his sister who considered him as his guardian angel. Eugene was so family oriented and when he put his mind to something he was unstoppable. His laugh and smile were contagious, and his energy was rare. He was such a kind hearted person who was important to so many people. He was always the person you could count on. Rain or shine Gene would always show up for his friends, and he would make sure they weren’t alone. Those who had the blessing of knowing him knew how special he was. He was taken from us too soon. We are Eugene’s Family and we would like to reach out to our community for assistance in our time of need.
