Families of El Sol

Last week we were given news of the passing of an amazing parent David Blizzard. David was a retired Marine, father, friend and hero. Plus, he was a pivotal part of the El Sol PTO. He helped create and organize the walk-a-thon which is our school’s biggest event.

David was quiet and kept to himself mostly but would always do his best to make our school the best for his kids and ours. El Sol was so lucky to have a parent like him be a part of our school. He really loved helping when he could.Our community is worse off without him.

We want to make sure his family knows how much we appreciated him and his commitment to our school will not be forgotten. We are organizing a go fund me for his family. Please help however much you can.

David will be missed dearly by all the staff and families of El Sol.
