Sha'Mya Silas Funeral Cost
Donation protected
Please help my family raise funds for the funeral of my 15 year old cousin Sha'Mya Silas. On Saturday, August 8, 2020 around 7pm on interstate I-15 in Baker, California, Sha'Mya was in a critical car accident, which caused the vehicle to burst into flames.
Due to the speed and force, Sha'Mya died instantly. Sha'Mya was sitting all the way in the back of the crashed vehicle. The adults that were in the vehicle and were able to escape, did not inform the driver of the truck that the driver crashed into, that Sha'Mya was still in the vehicle. By the time the truck driver realized she was in the vehicle, it was too late to pull her out. The article regarding this can be found here: https://www.vvng.com/i-15-crash-that-killed-1-adult-and-2-juveniles-remains-under-investigation/.
Sha'Mya was a beautiful, intelligent, young girl who couldn't wait to become a Doctor. She had dreams and goals to become something great in life! Our family is devastated.
This GoFundMe account is being handled by Sherrie Martinez who is Sha'Mya's cousin.
Please do not donate to any other accounts that are created for Sha'Mya..
