Shadi's Top Surgery

Hi everyone, my name is Lux and I'm fundraising on behalf of my incredible boyfriend Shadi. Shadi urgently needs top surgery to live as his true self and to feel comfortable in his body. He is planning to have surgery this year and is in the process of finalising his research into potential surgeons. The next immediate step will be to contact his chosen surgeon to book in a consultation.

Full costs and timeline of surgery are TBC, we will update the fundraiser once we've received a quote. Realistic estimated costs for surgery are:

- pre-surgery consultation £200

- surgery £10,000

We are also fundraising to cover Shadi's time off work. As a self-employed full time painter Shadi does not have access to sick leave and relies on his body for work. He will need a few months to recover full range of motion in his arms.
