Shaina Brown Arrest &Unconstitutional Confinement

Shaina Brown was arrested April 1st at 2023 on an Alabama backcountry road in the middle of the night. She was arrested by Flomaton Police and Escambia County Sheriff's Department for the crime of Shaina crossing into Alabama, approximately 200 ft over the unmarked Florida/ Alabama state line with a botanical supplement legal in Florida.

She was arrested and initially given a $1,000,000 bond recently lowered to $250,000. Due to harsh Alabama laws, she faces mandatory minimum drug charges of 10 YEARS TO LIFE. Minimum of 3 years served before chance of parole. Mere possession of certain amounts of Schedule 1 substances, whether for personal use or not, is considered trafficking in Alabama.

SHAINA NEEDS OUR HELP! NOBODY SHOULD BE PERSECUTED FOR PLANTS, ESPECIALLY FACING LIFE IN PRISON FOR GROUND UP TEA LEAVES.

*Update-Shaina Brown was moved to another facility due to inmates extorting her for her canteen donations.* She is now in Concech County Jail Alabama which is a much better and safer facility than Escambia County.
