Shakira Shanay Mozie, age 34, was tragically killed on Christmas Eve. Police are investigating her untimely and mysterious death. As a school teacher, her dad learned Jan.8 2024 that Shakira’s untimely and mysterious death occurred eight days prior to her qualifying for full life insurance benefits through the Broward County School Board System.

Shakira’s family never imagined her death at 34 years old, nor that they would not have the resources through her life insurance for funeral expenses and future education expenses for her 10 year old daughter.
