Shaloh Thill and Family
Donation protected
Shaloh was 6 years old when diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with Philadelphia Chromosome.
Shaloh has gone through 18 months of treatment and was doing so well. Then, the family was blindsided when he relapsed.
Shaloh is now faced with a bone marrow transplant, possibly CarT cell transplant as well.
This is causing a financial hardship as taking FMLA (which is amazing) doesn't allow us to be paid.
Shaloh will be in and out of the hospital for around 2-4 weeks to get back in remission and then up to 10 weeks for the transplant.
The Thill Family has 21 children total (19 adopted from Foster Care) with 8 kids still at home. On top of taking work days off and not being paid, the family needs to hire people to help with the kids at home. They also need some help with the household. As they will be traveling back and forth from the hospital daily providing home, school and hospital support for the 8 children and Shaloh.
We appreciate your consideration during this difficult time. We hesitate to even ask but we could use the help and support.
Thank you
