Hi, my name is Morgan. I am here to tell you the story of my mother Shamika. She was a loving mother, daughter, aunt and friend but most important she was my best friend. I've recently lost my mother due to kidney failure. It was always me and her against the world. I am a sophomore in college and never thought that I would have to do this journey without her. I don't even know where to start or let alone continue. I can't even imagine crossing the stage and her not being there to cheer me on. Now navigating financially through not only college but life alone is going to be very challenging. Any help you can offer, no matter the amount, will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
