Shane Cody Walker Memorial

Words cannot express how hard this has been. Losing anyone is hard. Losing someone you expected to have another 40 years with is devastating. I never imagined I would have to bury my baby brother. You are never ready to lose someone you love, but to lose them so early.

Shane Cody was an amazing brother. We all had our moments, but over the past few years, he had really become the man we all knew he could be. He was a wonderful father, loving son, and a loyal friend.

My heart is broken he won't be able to see his beautiful daughter grow up, and that she'll go through so many firsts without him by her side.

In lieu of flowers as the Houston Memorial Cemetery only allows 2 small flower arrangements, I started this GoFundMe. With 2 more people added to our household in the blink of an eye, there are a lot of things we need to make this a smooth transition for all.

We want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. It has meant the world to us.

We miss you Bubba, and will see you again some day. Until then, I know your watching over us.
