Shane (Ogre)'s Medical bills & etc.

Hello there. My Name is Shane but my friends call me Ogre.  I am a Geek a Sci FI fan, a costumer when i can, i go to cons and play games. But and this is a Big BUTT i cant do a lot of those things right now. Last Year , I started having severe pain in my hip and my back. It was bad enough that i have been off work since July 2016.  I was on Short Term Disability til January 2017 and i was supposed to switch to long term disability. During this time I had 2 doctors disagre on part of my care. DUe to that one doctor told me I could Suck it up or quit my job. neither was an option so i went to a new Clinic and the Doctors there have seen me, They have found some solutions.  But during the switch from the Short term to Long term..medical records disnt get sent properly from one medical record department caused issues and then that led to them not getting all my records and the timeframe they reveiwed did not include all the newer info from my new doctors.

Well, Now that I explained the situation, Here is where I ask for help.  With the Longterm Disability taking so long, I have not been able to pay for medical insurance premiums. And without the insurance not only can i not afford my medicines that keep me functioning at anything resembling semi normal activities. Such as Walking around the store to even get groceries. or sitting in a normal Chair in an upright position. I also have to pay my deductibles for my doctors which are 50 to 100 dollars a visit until i reach approximatly 6000 dollars then all my medical bills are 100% per cent  covered.  on top of all of this, I also have child support to pay for my son every month.

The money I hope to raise will be used to assist me in getting my premiums paid, go towards past medical expenses, to help me get medicines and to help get me ready for my surgery.  Anything ablove the amount will go towards paying bills i am behind on.  

I have given up on a lot of things due to this and I hate asking my friends for this help, but i am at the end of my rope now. If you can assist me I am thankful beyond words and if you choose not to I understand. This is not a long term solution, this is a bandage to keep me afloat with my medical stuff to get me thru til my first hip surgery is done and I can appeal with all the new updated medical information.
