Shane "Shizza" Cummings Funeral

Shane Cummings, known in the FGC as Shizza, had been diagnosed with an advanced neurological condition around 2014. He dealt with intense migraines, dizziness, and fatigue. He and his family reached out to several doctors, but it was a condition that was inoperable.

While he took a back seat of competing, he stayed up to date with the Fighting Game Community, catching competition streams and following the growth and exposure of the sport.

Shane chose to be very private on his condition, as this was his battle to fight on his terms. He had good care, with his mother being a registered nurse. Shane required a lot of bed rest but did have some good days where we could travel and work on his own creative projects.

Shane's quality of life was difficult, but this had no impact to his quality of character.

He passed at the age of 33 on November 25, 2019.
