In Memory of Shane Twomey

PER THE FAMILY’S REQUEST.

Shane Twomey was a Marine Veteran who was tragically struck and killed while riding his bicycle home from work in Port Charlotte, FL on August 28, 2023.

Shane leaves behind two daughters and unfortunately did not have any life insurance. Luckily, his VA benefits will provide funds for a proper memorial service. His oldest daughter, Lily, is a freshman in college majoring in computer science. His youngest daughter Cameron is in high school and plans to pursue a career in nursing. He was so proud of the wonderful young women his daughters had become.

His funeral plans are still in the works. Any money raised will assist with any funeral expenses not covered by the VA and then used for his daughters’ education. Thank you.
