Hi, my name is Kaneesha and I’m raising funds for my mother Shanneen. She is a professional singer from Detroit Michigan who actually moved to a small town due to her childhood home catching fire in the 80’s. Recently she woke up to her apartment complex completely on fire. I can’t imagine how she felt, she was forced into fight or flight opened her main door to flames and ran out the building through the fire as fast as possible leaving behind everything. She is very lucky to be out and alive. She has nothing left, only the small burnt items she tried to salvage from the fire. Anything that is donated will Be greatly appreciated and will go to rebuilding her main necessities like clothes food and temporary shelter while I work on relocating her to North Carolina. Obviously we can’t get back everything but I am hoping to raise enough to get her into a new apartment that will actually care about her well being unlike the last. My mother has been through enough I want to make her a happy woman. She has a disability that has limited her ability to work and is patiently accepting of the hand life has dealt her. God willing she will get through this traumatic incident as damaging as it has been, I’m grateful for what ever is raised and I thank you for taking time to make a difference if possible.
