Shannon and Matt Jacobs

Matt and Shannon found out at 20
weeks pregnant that their 4th child had been diagnosed with a fatal syndrome. Shannon is set to be induced into labor this weekend...chances that their baby girl will survive are very slim. Most likely within minutes to hours after birth they will be forced to say goodbye to their baby girl. We are praying for a miracle!!
