As some of you may know, Shannon has been diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. As we all know, cancer is a very devastating diagnosis that is life altering – mentally, physically, emotionally, as well as financially. In true Shannon fashion, she is maintaining high spirits with her all-around positive attitude and personality. However, she will need all the support and prayers she can get from those around her as she navigates through this sudden diagnosis. Chemo itself is hard on the body and has horrible side effects. She will endure chemo for six months and will then undergo a surgery to have the tumor removed. She will also be working as much as she can while continuing to be a great mother to her children and a GiGi to her grandson. This GoFundMe will help take away some of the financial burden, such as medical bills, missed pay, and anything else that comes from having cancer and chemo treatments.
