Shannon Garnett Memorial Fund
This is a fundraiser to help offset the funeral expenses, medical bills, and other related expenses for Shannon Garnett, age 44 of Ord Bend CA, who tragically passed away due to complications from COVID-19 on May 29.
Shannon was always a kind, witty, and a little bit ornery. She touched the lives of many within and outside of the local community. She was always sewing and knitting projects to gift to family, friends, and even community fundraisers. Before the closures of 2020 and 2021, she enjoyed participating in 5K walk/runs. Even during the closures, she would still get out to go on walks with her family and bike rides with her husband. Out of all her accomplishments, she was most proud of being a good mother. She worked her hardest to make sure that her children were smart, well-rounded, and ready to face the world and whatever it may throw at them.
The Garnett family has had to face great hardships in the past few years. Among them includes the recent and numerous trips to the ER due to medical emergencies and loss of work due to illness. Despite having to face these hardships, the Garnett family continues to persevere. The loss of Shannon, however, has been devastating. She was an amazing wife, mother, and friend who will be dearly missed.
