Shannon Melendi Foundation Scholarship

Once again, Shannon's family, friends, classmates, and teammates are reaching out to our community. Last year, your very generous contributions made it possible for two Southwest graduating Seniors to each receive a $1,000 check from the Shannon Melendi Memorial Scholarship.

A couple of weeks ago, Shannon's killer was AGAIN denied parole. This was due to the massive letter-writing efforts by this community. Let's celebrate that success and send two more deserving Southwest Seniors to college.

The Awards Assembly is May 1, so we don't have much time. No amount is too small. I'm asking you, PLEASE give in Memory of our Shannon.

Let us remember that we are in the Holy presence of God.
