Shannon Willits family donations
Donation protected
When you lose a friend or loved one, it feels like words don't exist to describe how you feel or the hole that it creates in your heart. This past weekend we lost a man that was dear to us all. Shannon Willits.
Shannon was a friend to so many and a beloved family man. If you knew him, you knew how big his heart was and how much he loved his family.
My husband Greg and I have had the honor of meeting Shannon several years ago through the sport of strongman. From that first conversation, we knew we had friend for life. He loved competing at our contest Central Georgia's Strongest man contest each year. He was so supportive of us, the sport and its athletes.
The strongman community will be forever impacted by Shannon's loss. We know everyone wants to rally and support in anyway possible. We are setting up this Gofundme to gather funds for Shannon's family during this very difficult time. There will be expenses as a result of this tragedy and this can help the family.
We can't bring him back, but we can work together to help his family through this difficult time financially.
Any amount of a donation is acceptable. It all adds up and it all spends.
Greg and I will personally deliver the funds to Tara along with Shannon's trophy from his last contest.
Thank you all in advance,
Nicole Fields
