Shannon's Trip Down Unda' For EXSC

Dear Friends and Family,

I have recently been given the opportunity to travel to Perth, Australia for study abroad. I am creating this GoFund me page to help raise money to pay for this trip.

While studying abroad I will be spending 18 days down unda’ traveling with a group of other Exercise Science students along with one of our professors. While there we will be attending classes at Curtin University. We will have the unique opportunity to use their state of the art, Motion Analysis Laboratory. The Motion Analysis Lab is a facility designed to allow the research of a wide range of human activities. During our time in Perth we will focus on researching obesity and physical activity in Australia, in comparison to the US. We will also be given free time on the weekends to explore the wonderful land and culture of Australia.

This study abroad trip will be an invaluable educational experience as well as a chance to earn course credit toward my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. This opportunity will be an amazing life experience, that I know I will appreciate and cherish!
