Shannon's GoFundMe
Donation protected
Hello all,
This is a GoFundMe for our very special friend, Shannon Porter.
Shannon is the (terrific) mother of a one year old boy named Levi. Shannon devastatingly lost her father just a few short months ago. Now, she has recently been diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer) in her right femur and tibia. She is awaiting an additional diagnosis of an unidentifiable mass found on her knee with bone fragments in it, in addition to this terrible news.
She is scheduled to have 3 months of chemotherapy at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, leading up to reconstructive surgery of her right femur & tibia, followed by more chemotherapy.
A young child, the loss of a father, and the stress of a multitude of medical issues is enough for one person. What we'd like to accomplish with this fund is to alleviate some of the financial stress that accompanies all of these things.
Let's band together and help a really good person feel good again!
All donations are much appreciated :)
