Shannon’s Masters with IMBRSea

Hello friends and family! I am proud to announce that I have been accepted into the Erasmus+ IMBRSea International Masters of Marine Biological Resources program. This is an incredibly exciting step on my journey to pursue a career in Conservation Medicine. This program will take me to at least three different universities across Europe, a research intensive in Sweden, ongoing research collaborations, and a final semester of thesis research. My area of study is marine mammals and best practices of conservation medicine. My goal is to support these vital species in their native habitats. The design of this program incorporates the global aspect of conservation sciences and pushes its students to relocate and collaborate efficiently, broadening skills both in and out of the classroom. I am asking for any support you are willing to give in order to pursue this incredible opportunity!
