Dr. Sharice Ariell Preston (McDonald)

It is with deep sorrow that we lay our beautiful sister, Dr. Sharice Preston, to rest. Sharice was a vibrant soul who touched the lives of many with her warmth and infectious laugh. She fought a long battle with cancer and went on to be with the Lord on July 28, 2023.

She leaves behind her loving husband [Julian], 3 beautiful children [Tristan, Emory, & Corrine], her beloved youngest brother [Darrien], devoted parents [Elsa and James McDonald], and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, colleagues, and friends. Dr. Preston was preceded by her

younger brother, Corey McDonald.

As we come to terms with this profound loss, we are providing an avenue for our community and beyond to support during this difficult time. The sisters of the Prysmatic Mu Chapter of Lamda Tau Omega Sorority, Inc. [Dr. Sharice Preston] and the bothers of the Theta Eta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.[Julian] aim to help the family through their healing by taking care of the details.

We want to give Dr. Sharice Preston the farewell she deserves and ensure that her memory is cherished forever. The funds raised through this GoFundMe campaign will be used to offset various expenses associated with the arrangements.

We are incredibly grateful for your empathy, compassion, and support to honor Dr. Sharice Preston's memory and support her family during this time of grief.
