Sharon's 40th & Family Fund
Donation protected
On 21st October 2023, our wonderful friend, Sharon Plummer (née Williams), passed away, just a few weeks after receiving the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. She was 39 and mummy to baby Jemima, who’ll be one in December.
Sharon (Shazza!) was well-known in local radio here in Sussex, having covered all manner of news stories as a journalist and presenter for Sovereign Radio in Eastbourne, Arrow FM in Hastings and Splash FM in Worthing (all now More Radio). More recently, she recorded news, voiceovers and audio books for numerous clients, including Bauer and Greatest Hits Radio, from her home studio in Lincolnshire.
Sharon had such passion and determination in all things close to her heart and was fiercely loyal. She was so very deserving of a long and happy life with the family she’d longed for. We're all completely heartbroken that she's gone.
As Sharon's 40th birthday is coming up on 7th November, we'd like to take this opportunity to invite contributions to help support her husband David and baby Jemima during this difficult time.
Every single donation, large or small, will be hugely appreciated.
Thank you!
