Sharyle Jarvis Needs Our Help -

Hello friends, I am asking for assistance for a dear friend in our community here in Bishop, my dear friend, Sharyle Jarvis. She was recently diagnosed with Cancer, Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Sharyle will have to travel from Bishop to Lancaster for treatment. She will be in Lancaster at City of Hope for 6 weeks of chemotherapy and radiation. The hospital will pay for her stay in a nearby hotel during the week, but on the weekends she has to pay for 2 days out of her pocket. Sharyle lives in Bishop and has no family to speak of. She is retired and lives on her disability which barely gives her enough money to exist. She volunteers at our local Senior Center, and spends her days helping other seniors with their needs. From taking them shopping or to doctor's appointments to helping them fill out forms for assistance. She befriends them and there is nothing she won't do. She volunteers for many local organizations - that's the way she gives back. Please help me to help take this extra worry away from her so she can fight this demon like a warrior! She is selfless and she is a warrior. She is a dear, dear friend. With no family helping her, she needs financial assistance for Medical bills that her insurance doesn't cover, transportation (gas) to and from Bishop to Lancaster & Weekend Hotel Stays. She also needs someone to stay with her during the week at the hospital, so we're organizing a list of people who can stay with her. On top of dealing with her medical condition on her own, her car needs repair so she can go for her treatments.
