Shasta and Carter Newsome for Shaniya Newsome

Shasta and her youngest daughter, Carter Newsome tragically left this earth too soon on February 11, 2023, due to a car accident on I-10. Shasta's eldest daughter Shaniya who was also in the car was injured but survived.

Anyone who knew Shasta has said that she was an amazing and dedicated mother who was raising 2 amazing daughters and that her girls were her world.

With approval from the family, this gofundme is being set up to provide support directly to 17-year-old, Shaniya as she navigates life without her mother and little sister.
