Hello all,
I am looking to raise money for my remarkable sister- friend Shate Gordon, whom was recently in a bad car accident on 2/4/19. https://abc7news.com/traffic/car-crash-closes-east-leland-road-in-pittsburg/5120113/
Shate is a mother of 3 beautiful children: Malachi (15), Nik’kolas (8) and Alexzandrea (6) and is one of the hardest workers I know. She is an exceptional young woman whom was on her way to work the morning of the accident.
She suffers from broken and fractured ribs, a collapsed lung, and a fractured lower spine. On 2/5/19 she underwent surgery where metal plates were inserted into 5 of her ribs. Other ribs are still displaced and fractured. My friend endured so much pain she had to be placed into a medically induced coma for 3 days. Since then, she has awaken and is more aware of her surroundings, but is still unable to speak and her mobility is limited. Today, the medical team has decided to sedate her again so that she can rest properly.
Her recovery will take MONTHS and this is the reason why I am requesting for your help:
Shate is unable to work and maintain her normal life including caring for her children and paying her bills; rent, car, etc…
I want to raise enough money for her to heal comfortably without her and the kids losing their home and transportation. Shate has worked extremely hard for her apartment and she would do anything to keep it.
Rest assure that 100% of the money raised is going towards Shate. I am writing on behalf of Shate and her Mother, Lisa Gordon, whom will collect all proceeds to apply towards taking care of her children and bills.
