Shauna McGowan’s Medical Bills

Shauna has been diagnosed with arteriovenous malformation (AVM) in her brain. This is a rare condition that she was born with and discovered this year. About 1% of the population is born with this. She has and will be making many trips to the University of Iowa to undergo treatment. Her treatment consists of Radiation Therapy and endovascular embolization surgery.
