Shaun’s liver transplant

UPDATE 12/7/2023--Shaun is still struggling daily as he waits for the perfect donor..he still waits on disability BUT the cost of travel to Dr visits, medicine and daily bills do not wait..during this Christmas time as you think of your BLESSINGS I pray you think of Shaun..pray he gets a donor soon, pray for the donor family and please consider supporting Shaun through his journey..Merry Christmas and praying for a great 2024.

UPDATE: 7-5-23

SHAUN is very sick with gall stones..He can not have surgery.. he has been hospitalized in Jonesboro and is currently being transported to Little Rock to be close to his liver team. We will know more tomorrow..Shaun needs your prayers and support now more than ever.

Hello, my name is Sherry Fincher and I’m trying to raise money for my son-in-law, Shaun.

Shaun is in need of a liver, and the expenses associated with a transplant are very high. Because of Shaun’s deteriorated health, he was forced to quit work and has yet to be approved for disability. Shaun and my daughter have a lot of travel expenses because they have to travel from their home in Blytheville to Little Rock to see a myriad of doctors who are involved in the transplant process. All of the wheels are in motion for him to receive a new liver, and we are praying that he is matched to one quickly. After the transplant, Shaun will have to stay in Little Rock for 6 months. He will need living expenses while there. My daughter will have to take off work to be with him, so they will have no income during this time. Shaun has to show that he has the ability to pay for his post-transplant medications for one year. Needless to say, these drugs are very costly. . . We are praying with your help we can releve the monetary strain. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
