Shaun is a loving son, brother and uncle who has dealt with more than any one person should have to in a lifetime.
Shaun has suffered from numerous medical conditions since birth and has fought hard to stay strong through all of them. From being born with a hernia, hypospadias and both of his kidneys fused together that currently are only functioning at 43%. Having a 105+ temperature for a week, an E Coli infection & his blood going septic with being on dialysis at age 3. To being diagnosed with hereditary hemochromatosis (Liver) while in high school and diabetes at age 27. Shaun has not had the easiest of lives but his courage and attitude have been great!
Most recently, Shaun has been diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) a form of Leukemia, as well as, Neutropenia (low WBC that effects his immune system). This news has hit him and the family hard. While Shaun fights to stay strong & positive and overcome yet another disease, the medical bills do not stop.
