Hi, my name is Jason Szemreylo. I am a coworker and close friend of Shawn and Jen Kelley. Jen has recently been hospitalized in an icu with a medical condition, she is deconditioned and weak and requires some rehab before she can safely go home. Unfortunately the nursing home requires a large payment up front that they were not prepared for as Jen hasn’t been working the last few months. Please give whatever you can to help, even the smallest amount of money will help. Anything in excess of what is needed by the nursing home will be used to offset bills as Shawn has missed a bunch of work due to being there for his wife.
