Shawn Holmes and family

Hi, my name is Tisha Shellenberger and I am fundraising for Shawn Holmes and his family. On Monday, February 20th, Shawn recieved the greatest gift ever of a new kidney. While the is the most ecstatic, wonderful thing ever in the world it has come with stressors too. Shawn will be off work several months to recuperate and Jamie is missing work as well to be in the hospital in Ft. Worth with him. They have already had to start putting out money for many life saving medications that he will continue to take for life. He will need to stay in or near Ft. Worth for the next month, that is 5 hours away from home. He will be able to stay with family for most of that but a week of that will have to be in a hotel so there will be the cost of that , food and gas back and forth for Jamie who will have to come back home to work. There are many expenses that they need help with. I started this fundraiser at $5000 but would love to raise more than that . These are the epitome of " good people". They are hard working, kind, people, the first to volunteer to help kind of people...my people, my best friends. If you can please, please help❤️
