In Memory of Shawn Kozak

Shawn Kozak’s kind, fun, and generous spirit will be greatly missed by his wife and children, family, friends, colleagues, and community after his very unexpected passing on July 22, 2022. To honor Shawn’s legacy, this fund was established for his family.

All contributions will go directly to Shawn’s wonderful wife, Angie, to help her and their amazing kids, Kate and Evan, move forward in these unthinkable circumstances, including planning for future education costs.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 8th, 3:00-5:00pm, at Spring Grove Funeral Home, 4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223, followed by a Celebration of Life Reception, 6:00-8:00pm, at Station Family + BBQ, 400 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, OH 45215.
