Shawn Real's Medical Expenses

Shawn Real is Bmx Rider living on Long Island for the past 5 years, a super hard working guy at his job and in the Bmx scene, he quickly became an integral part of the LI Bmx community, he's a stand up guy and a good friend to many. Shawn is very self sufficient man and isn't the type of person to ever want to have to ask anyone for help. But Shawn is in a tough spot right now so as his friends we're asking for help for him.
Shawn recently had a terrible accident while riding trails on Long Island, During a routine run through one of the lines his Forks sheared off his bike while landing on a steep downhill landing flipping Shawn straight to his Head and Neck with no time to react leaving Shawn barely conscious and with a Broken Back (at least 4 fractured vertebrae throughout his spine). Like many of us, Shawn's job doesn't provide Health Insurance, along with the astronomically mounting medical bills Shawn is unable to work while he recovers over the next 3 months, so we're asking for help for Shawn so he can pay his Rent, Bills, Medical and Living Expenses. We have no doubt that Shawn would do everything he could to help out anyone else in this situation, so please give what you can and please re-post and spread this Campaign.
