Shawn “Salz” Salisbury

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

My name is Anita DeFlece. My husband Adam had a deep connection with Salz, from a young age. Shawn was always there for us. Naturally, there are conflicting emotions as we grieve his passing. One thing is certain- we wish to do something to honour Shawn and be there for him.

We realized that what Shawn needs most from us is help in supporting Abbey. As most of you know, Abbey faced an unimaginable tragedy with the loss of her father. In the wake of this heartbreak, Abbey is now shouldering responsibilities far beyond her years.

At just 16, Abbey was always a bright light in the lives of those around her, especially her dad. Now, she must navigate the challenges of adulthood, all while coping with her grief. Abbey needs our support to help her through this difficult transition.
