Innah Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.
Shaymaa Elemsilhy was tragically shot in her own bed on July 15th by her husband who was recklessly unloading his gun when it fired. Her husband is now facing charges of second-degree murder. The horrific incident left their two young boys, Yousef (6 years old) and Yasseen (7 years old), in the care of Shaymaa's sister and parents.
Shaymaa Elmesilhy was a young woman who was actively involved in her Muslim community. She was a sweet & extremely generous woman who was always welcoming people into her home and her heart. She was full of light and energy and would bring any room to life. May Allah (swt) grant her into the highest level of Jannah and may Allah (swt) grant her family comfort, peace, and patience in this difficult time.
Please help us raise money for her family to help ease the burden of the Janazah (funeral), burial fees, and living expenses to take care of her two sweet boys. We would like to raise enough money so the family can mourn in comfort.
The funds we raise will be delivered to Elsayed Elmesilhy, Shaymaa Elmesilhy's father, who will be taking care of the children.
Jazakum Allah khairun.
