Help Shayne and Tressie with their medical expenses!!

Hi my name is Rick Wiebe and I am fundraising for my friends and fellow competitors.

Last August Shayne was bucked off at a rope horse futurity in Wyoming. It took two trips to hospital but they discovered, a week later, he had broke his neck, non-displaced fracture of C7. Shayne wore neck brace for 4 months, no driving, no lifting anything over 30 lbs, and absolutely no riding. Following that, he completed 2 more months of physio and was cleared in January to ease back into riding. May 10th they were at another Barrel & Rope horse futurity. While waiting for the wash rack with their 2 sale yearlings, Tressie was kicked by someone else’s horse. A call to Stars was made, Stars was rerouted, and so paramedics rushed her to Calgary. The kick had so much force it caused a high grade laceration to her liver and broke 3 of her ribs. She spent almost a week in the hospital and by some miracle they were able to stop the bleeding and she didn’t require surgery or any blood transfusions. She will have 8-12 weeks of being very careful while her injuries heal followed by physio before she will be back at it. Please help us support them!
