Ava Nicole 9 YR old heart patient needs your help

Ava Nicole James ❤️❤️❤️Hello, my name is Mahre Ava’s Mom. This isn’t just an ordinary plea for help! This is a winner’s victory dance! Ava-Nicole James is not your ordinary girl, she is a fighter who has weathered several heart surgeries and the installation of a pacemaker at age 5 that she has had for 4 years.

I started a gofundme page so that I can raise enough money for my daughter Ava-Nicole to travel and compete with her gymnastics team, and so that I can travel with her to support the team for the first time in her life she has been cleared by a doctor to participate in sports since the installation of her pacemaker at age 5.

Most kids would have given up on their dream, but not Ava-Nicole. She is embarking on her gymnastics journey. After two heart surgeries, one to repair a hole in the heart, and later another to install a "Pace Maker" at 5 years old, she made history by becoming a member of a local gymnastics team. She is 9 years old, and loves gymnastics, reading, and spending time with family and friends. It would give her so much joy to travel with her competition team in the next few months and become a part of something great. The cost is super expensive but with your help, her travel and other ongoing gymnastics fees and costs can be paid. She had faith that this dream will become a reality.

Her first goal was to get her black belt in Taekwondo, but the Doctor said no sports where she might get punched. She wouldn't let that discourage her, so on to her "Plan B" which turned out to be the best decision that we have ever made. She’s learning how to be a team player, to inspire others, and to make "Lemonade" from lemons.

The pacemaker is still in her stomach, but she won’t let that stop her. Adults get their pacemakers in their chests, and younger kids like her get them placed in their stomach.

She is soooooooooo excited about this opportunity to compete with her teammates.

But she has limited time to raise the funds that she needs, so the sooner the better :)

I never thought that I would be asking strangers for help, but as a single Mom, I just finished college and got my first job and money is not pouring in just yet :). I’m so proud of how Ava-Nicole supported me during my strides to attain my bachelor’s degree. With upcoming student loans and bills, I simple don’t see how I can make her dreams come true without supporters like yourself who’s reading this story.

She is looking forward to competing, increasing her athletic skills, and building lifelong relationships with her team members. Your donation and support would help to make her lifelong dream come true.
