Amber has fallen on hard times

Hi my name is Liz and I am a friend of Amber Bird. She has been through so much since March of 2022 when she was a victim or should I say survivor of domestic abuse.

That situation forced her to sell her home that she had worked so hard for and also lose over $15,000 worth of items broken in her home. Although insurance replaced some of the items they didn’t replace them all.

She humbled herself to stay in hotels and with family until she was able to finally afford a new home that she just moved into a few months ago. She did absolutely everything she could to build herself back up and be in a space where she could start healing.

She appeared in court for her domestic case at the end of Nov. and received the devastating news of a “not guilty” verdict at the beginning of December.

During this past year, as all this was happening in her life, she was also working for a non profit organization raising money and planning events to help others that had fallen on hard times at no fault of their own. She gave her whole heart to this organization. As of Tuesday Jan. 3rd she was let go from her job. This will put a huge financial strain on her as she will be having a long over due surgery next Thursday. She is feeling defeated and broken and honestly exhausted after all she has been fighting for in the last 10 months. She will have no income for 6-8 weeks depending on her healing and being able to find a new job and finally receiving a paycheck.
