Shearer Family Emergency
Donation protected
A classmate and friend of mine learned that her sister was severely injured in a hit and run accident in Anchorage on Saturday the 15th. She is severely injured and will need extensive care after the multiple surgeries she now faces to fix her broken body. Her injuries known so far are as follows Her lower body is smashed. From her pelvic bone down to her toes. Her knee is completely broken and smashed into pieces. Her Tibia is broken in many pieces. Her leg is like Hamburger meat.. She also has soft tissue damage in her body. She has Tire Marks across both her arms that have turned Black and Blue. Her whole body is Swollen and the lower half is black and blue. She is unable to move and won't be able to take care of herself for a long time due to her Severe injuries.. She lost her purse and all of her important documents were in there when she got hit by the car. Id's, birth certificate, social security card, also her Cell phone and family pictures that can't be replaced. She literally has nothing left. She will need constant care and put in another facility after her Surgery.
Her mom and Karen flew to Anchorage to be with her during this terrible time.. Her Mom is now Hospitalized in a different hospital getting Operated on at this moment. And she is going back and forth between 2 hospitals in different locations. We are asking for Donations to help replace everything her sister lost and to help get her in another facility so she can have constant care after her operations. Anything helps!
