Shearing School
Donation protected
Hello! You all have followed our journey thus far, and now I’m on to the next step. As you know, we raise Jacob sheep. Paying for a shearer to come out is ok, but is very difficult to work around their schedule. I have the opportunity to attend a shearing school, put on by Washington State University, in April. It is very limited in attendance and is first paid, first served. The tuition cost is $400, and I would have to stay in Moses Lake for the week. The cheapest motel I can find is just about $400, plus tax. I am hoping to be able to register for this in the next week or so! While we have the jewelry store, it barely covers itself, along with our monthly expenses. I am asking my community for help to become one step more self sufficient on our journey in the middle of nowhere! Every dollar helps, and shares help also!
If you don’t already follow our journey, we are on IG and Facebook under The Food And Fluff Company.
Thank you for reading and sharing!
