Help Shelby and Jake rebuild after house fire

Shelby and Jake have been through so much the last 2 months. Jake’s Mom, Mari, died the day before Thanksgiving; his son and Shelby had emergency appendix surgery within weeks. Then, on New Year’s day, their house burned down and they lost everything. Shelby is 34 weeks pregnant and they were looking forward to bringing their baby girl, home to this house.
