Shelby Shannon

Hello! Our names are Vanessa and Kendall, and we are here to rally for our dear friend Shelby. This past December, Shelby had a routinely scheduled pap smear which turned into a not-so-routine result. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer, and it has not been an easy road since. Through several procedures in hopes of trying to remove the cancer cells, the doctors were never able to get clean margins. Early this month, Shelby started her journey of radiation and chemotherapy and will continue over several weeks. Since her diagnosis in December, she has continued to work, but now that she is having radiation five days a week and chemotherapy one day a week, her ability to work has decreased. Shelby and her husband Jeremy have a team of friends and family in their corner, trying to support them as much as possible. Our goal in this fundraiser is to give Shelby some financial cushion and let her focus on getting healthy. Thank you so much for reading this story and donating what you can! Ps. We love you, Shelby!
