Shelby's Going to Cadre!

Hi, my name is Shelby, and I've had the honor of serving in youth and worship ministries for over 10 years, and I currently serve with my husband, Christian, as the Middle School Directors at Ascend Student Ministries. Over time, I've had a lot of "on-the-job" training, but I've recently been invited to join The Cadre - a 24-month personal mentoring journey with Jeanne Mayo that includes four in-person Advances hosted in Atlanta, monthly interactive Zoom Coaching Calls, personal Iron Groups to last a lifetime, and two additional “Ladies-Only” Breakaways in Atlanta.

I believe God is calling me to dig deeper in my personal ministry education and friendships, and I've seen first-hand how The Cadre can positively affect people personally and in their ministry (my husband included). I want to be a leader who keeps growing and learning at every opportunity and inspires others to do the same.

I'm looking to find partners to help fund this 2-year journey, as we all know travel and tuition can get pricey.
