When I was 16 years of age, I started experiencing some major health issues. Life as I knew it took a drastic change. I went from playing at a very high level of competitive soccer and competing in CrossFit competitions to not even being able to run a mile without spending the rest of the day totally fatigued and sick. All of this was due to a heart condition. For the past 7 years I’ve been all around the state of Oklahoma seeing doctors, I’ve had thousands of tests done, I’ve tried thousands of treatments, taken thousands of pills, I’ve even gone through several rounds of infusions at Oklahoma cancer research and medical institute. My family has sacrificed so much. They’ve sacrificed time, vacations, money, and so so so much more. We’ve done all this, I’ve had several diagnosis, but I’ve never been able to get a correct diagnosis or been properly treated.
However, God gave us a miracle and my case has been accepted at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota! My consultation will begin November 25-27, but we may be there longer depending if the procedure can be done during our first visit.
We are trusting God to get us there, because we know He is good and He wants me healed and healthy as much as we do.
Reaching out and asking for financial help is out of character for me, but I’m just a girl who wants her health and her life back.
