Shelby's Healing Journey

Our dear sister, Shelby Lemson, needs our love and support right now. If you know her, you know what an amazing caregiver, goddess, and lover of life she is. She is always taking care of others and always having a blast! She is a sound healer, Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and esthetician, and she is SO GOOD at what she does!

A few months ago, Shelby was diagnosed with Stage 4 Leukemia, a non-Hodgkin disease. In her case, she has CLL/SLL, which means cancer cells are found in the blood, bone marrow, and lymph nodes. She has been blessed with great doctors and care at both City of Hope (LA) and the Desert Cancer Center (Palm Springs). She lives in Landers, CA.

Treatment for Leukemia involves 8 rounds of Immunotherapy and BTK Inhibitors. Her first round was really rough and horrifically painful, and we are so glad she recovered from that! Her last treatment will be the end of August.
